This Bank Statement Import Utility for Pastel Accounting and Pastel Evolution is the answer to all your bank recon problems!
The Neurasoft Cashbook Utility imports a Bank Statement downloaded from the Internet, and then exports the transactions into Pastel Accounting or Pastel Evolution. Before the import is done, you are given the opportunity to either manually or automatically, through Auto Allocation, assign the General Ledger, Customer or Supplier account codes for each Transaction.
The Bank Statement Import Utility is able to import statements for ABSA, FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Mercantile and Investec Bank. The program also imports files downloaded from the Netcash Debit Order processing service. If you have a need for a different Bank's statement (or any other type of transaction file) to be imported we will be happy to make the required changes to the program to accomodate your bank. I.e. If you live in Australia or any other country and make use of Pastel Accounting or Pastel Evolution.
